About the Role:

As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for executing mobile banking projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management across departments.
  • Organize and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.

About You:

  • At least 12 years of experience in the Banking/ Fintech/IT sector, with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects / programs and 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms.
  • Expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking) and services.
  • Ability to understand application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as Project Manager - Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical experience with DevOps (CICD) and cloud-based microservices projects.
  • PMP, Scrum, or Prince 2 certifications.
