Proposal Writer

NetCom Learning seeks a seasoned Proposal Writer to support our efforts in securing business through high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to manage the RFP response process from end to end.

  • Draft, edit, and organize high-quality, accurate, and engaging RFP responses, ensuring compliance with the RFP requirements.
  • Develop executive summaries, technical content, value propositions, and supporting documents for proposals.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable content, boilerplates, and past performance data to streamline future responses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create well-structured, persuasive, and visually appealing proposals.
RFP Hunting and Opportunity Identification:
  • Proactively identify RFP opportunities by monitoring public and private portals.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify new prospects and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an RFP Specialist or Proposal Writing role.
  • Experience with RFP processes for clients in India, UAE, and/or US markets is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
