Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Proposal Specialist to spearhead our proposal development efforts.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive proposals from inception to submission, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements and meeting deadlines.
  • Capture and bid management utilizing various government portals such as SAM.GOV, GovTribe, FedConnect GovWIN & GSA ebuy.
  • Compose high-quality, detailed proposals, white papers, RFIs, and sources sought responses focusing on federal, DoD, and IT services.
  • Formulate winning strategies for proposals, leveraging past performance and company strengths.
  • Analyze and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Sources Sought notices in a timely and organized manner.
