Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, developing client proposals, managing key accounts, and creating effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bilateral Relations Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with clients across multiple levels, driving business growth and expansion.
- Business Development and Account Management: Identify, develop, and implement strategic plans to acquire and retain high-value clients.
- Communication Strategy: Craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences, fostering meaningful relationships and driving results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, account management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent Communication Skills with ability to craft persuasive content.
- Strong Knowledge of CSR and sustainability practices, as well as market analysis and identification of new business opportunities.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience working with NGOs and non-profit organizations.
Compensation Package: This role offers an attractive salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We also provide benefits and a collaborative work environment.
Note: While prior experience in CSR, sustainability, or nonprofit spaces is beneficial, it's not a requirement for consideration.
