Role Overview
Technical Customer Success Specialist">- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent relationship-building skills, serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers. They will drive smooth onboarding and product implementation for new clients, understand customer requirements, and map them effectively to product features. Additionally, they will provide technical support and troubleshooting while ensuring quick resolution of issues, build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders, conduct regular health checks and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, work closely with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer feedback, proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams, and monitor customer adoption, usage, and engagement metrics to ensure long-term retention.
The role requires a B.Tech (Engineering) graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success / Technical Support / Pre-Sales / Implementation. The individual should have strong technical acumen with the ability to understand software products, APIs, integrations, and workflows. Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously with attention to detail, are also essential.-
