Technical Customer Success Specialist
DescriptionWe seek a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, driving smooth onboarding and product implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization of our solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and map them effectively to product features.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting while ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working in tandem with sales teams.
- Monitor customer adoption, usage, and engagement metrics to ensure long-term retention.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or Implementation.
- Strong technical acumen with ability to understand software products, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
