Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Delhi NCR) to manage client relationships and support new business development.
- 70% Customer Success | 30% Business Growth
- You'll be Studium's key representative in Delhi NCR , working directly with top colleges and universities.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-driven, and excited about shaping the future of higher education .
Key Responsibilities Customer Success
- Act as the primary contact for all active clients in Delhi NCR
- Conduct regular college visits to support adoption and implementation of Studium tools
- Help institutions interpret accreditation insights and use our apps (e.g., NIRF Analysis, Alumni Tracking, Smart OBE)
- Train faculty and administrators on product usage
- Ensure client satisfaction, timely resolution, and strategic follow-up
