Job Title: Technical Expert - India

Our team is seeking a skilled Technical Expert - India to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving their problems in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solve customers' technical issues and complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists to troubleshoot problems.
  • Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required.
  • Conduct Customer training.
  • Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
  • Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
  • Other tasks as arranged by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred.
  • Able to use English as working language.
  • Good communication skills and hard working.

Work Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad
