Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes, experience in managing client relationships, and a passion for cutting-edge marketing technology. As a Sales Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by selling our Mixed Reality marketing solutions to global brands and agencies, working closely with our clients to elevate their campaigns to immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marketing and advertising sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of client campaigns.
- Develop tailored proposals and sales strategies that align Flam's Mixed Reality solutions with client needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the potential of our platform.
- Negotiate on the terms and manage contracts to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Stay informed on trends in Mixed Reality, AI, and digital marketing to position Flam as a leader in the space.
- Own campaign delivery and post-campaign deliverables like reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in marketing, advertising, or tech sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
- Experience selling digital marketing or tech-driven solutions, with a deep understanding of brand advertising needs.
- Familiarity with AI, Mixed Reality, or other cutting-edge marketing technologies is a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and pivot as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
