The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven professional with the ability to execute engagement campaigns that ensure the integrity of software use worldwide. This dynamic and fast-paced environment requires individuals who thrive in challenging situations, utilizing strong communication skills to build persuasive conversations and convert clients into licensed customers.
This key account specialist will engage directly with organizations identified for software misuse, persuading them to purchase valid licenses. Key responsibilities include managing compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution, analyzing and processing case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions, generating and qualifying leads to support ongoing campaign engagement, and documenting outcomes and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or similar persuasion-driven roles.
- Proven ability to meet goals in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with omni-channel outreach (calls, email, video conferencing).
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
