Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Engagement Specialist to manage customer relationship management systems, execute CRM campaigns, and analyze customer data. This role will support the business team in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation for improved customer insights.
  • Execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives and optimize customer journeys.
  • Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights for improvement.
  • Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys to drive business growth.
  • Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments with proficiency in CRM platforms.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on customer insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer understanding.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
