Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Key Account Event Manager to join Laqshya Live Experiences. This role is essential for building and nurturing client relationships, managing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction in every event we deliver.

About the Role
  • This position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectations and ensure seamless event execution from start to finish.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to conceptualize event ideas aligned with client needs, develop detailed event plans, and oversee event setup and execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle last-minute changes effectively.
ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will build strong and lasting relationships by understanding client goals and objectives and providing tailored event solutions.

  • Regularly update clients on event progress, address any concerns, and provide exceptional post-event follow-up.
Project Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution by maintaining timelines, budgets, and deliverables for each project.

  • Attend site visits, manage on-site execution, and ensure all client specifications are met.
Budget and Resource Management

Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and client satisfaction by negotiating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality services and materials within budget constraints.

  • Track and report expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
Post-Event Evaluation

Conduct post-event evaluations to capture feedback and identify areas for improvement by sharing client feedback with internal teams to optimize future events and client relationships.

  • Ensure all client expectations are exceeded and foster opportunities for repeat business.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Post Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field.
  • Fresher experience in client servicing, account management, or event planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle last-minute changes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge of PowerPoint Presentation and event planning software.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
