About the Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city.
- Recognize top-focused projects and develop good relationships with the developers' team.
- Identify Valued Retail Channel Partners (RCP) who majorly deal in the focused projects.
- Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-end cycle till deal closure.
- Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Ready to go on the field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
- Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an added benefit.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with a proven growth record.
- CTC - 6 LPA to 8 LPA.
- Location Mira Road, Borivali, Kandivali (Only Mumbai Based).
