We are seeking an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of this module across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SuccessFactors Global Benefits for global clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their benefits needs and design tailored solutions
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central)
