Job Title: Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This critical role ensures seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Documentation and Support: Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module
  • Benefits Administration: Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
  • Technical Solution Development: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Oracle Certification: Oracle certification preferred but not required

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
