Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team as an Oracle HCM consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on benefits administration.

The selected individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations. They will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with industry best practices.

The consultant will collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance. This includes modifying/configuring and maintaining benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting open enrollment and life event processing
  • Developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Managing Oracle SRs and coordinating with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conducting functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
  • Documenting configurations, processes, and change requests
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.

Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations is essential.

Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices is also desirable.
