Job Summary

Technical Oracle VBCS and HCM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned technical consultant with expertise in designing and developing modern web and mobile applications using VBCS, integrated with Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess 10-12 years of relevant experience in crafting dynamic UIs, implementing REST integrations, and deploying responsive layouts.

  • VBCS Responsibilities:
  • Create interactive user interfaces using reusable components and REST APIs.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.
  • HCM Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access, and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.

The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions. Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI is essential.

This position requires a deep understanding of VBCS and HCM technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
