Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will act as a Cloud HCM Technical SME, possessing broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. They will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involve implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Responsible for resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests.
  • Working collaboratively on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance.
  • Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios.
  • Develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during tickets resolution.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)
  • Efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
  • BI Publisher (RTF design /e-text /Scheduling /Parameter Handling/Bursting /backup and migration of reports to different pods).
  • Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
  • HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.
  • Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
  • Sysadmin activities, code deployment process and quality assurance.
  • Extending Cloud through the personalization layer.
