Expert Oracle HCM Technical Implementers needed to lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM technical objects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas, and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations
  • Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas
