Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Expert

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with a strong background in managing end-to-end implementation projects for the HCM Cloud platform.

  • Develop and implement efficient business processes that align with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Conduct thorough requirement workshops, identify current and future state processes, and create/review functional design documents.
  • Design complex enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configure scenarios within relevant HCM Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing HCM Cloud functionality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consulting.
  • Proven expertise in one of the following areas: Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learn.
  • Exceptional understanding of business processes and ability to map them to HCM Cloud modules.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
