Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for HCM Cloud implementation, covering the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Utilize strong technical skills to implement and troubleshoot complex HCM Cloud configurations.
  • Analyze and resolve functional issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of expert-level domain knowledge in HCM, with a strong focus on cloud-based implementations.
  • At least 5 successful end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, planning, and follow-up skills to drive project success.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiating, and client management skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
