Job Title: Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant.

This individual will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Time and Labor functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

We are committed to providing ongoing production support and enhancements to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
