Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for aligning compensation practices with the organization's overall HR philosophy.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement effective compensation structures, determine appropriate salary levels, and manage annual salary revision exercises. You will also be responsible for communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the program, and making changes as necessary.

You will work closely with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence and maintain enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities. Additionally, you will consult with Sr. Leaders and managers on the Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management, preferably from a technology, technology-enabled, eCommerce organization or broker industries.
