Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in payroll processing and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Salary Management: Handle salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data.
  • Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and other applicable laws.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and validate salary sheets, ensuring error-free disbursement.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Finance for timely salary transfer and variable calculation inputs.
  • Employee Queries: Handle payroll-related employee queries.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency – Strong in formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and logical structuring.
  • Analytical and logical thinking for payroll data management and error resolution.
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Working knowledge of payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
