Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

A Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is needed to drive quality excellence, enhance testing capabilities, and ensure high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automation tools, such as Selenium WebDriver and Playwright, and experience working with Salesforce.com applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative process improvements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
  • Research available tools and lead initiatives to cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Identify areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and implement initiatives improving testing capability and efficiency.
  • Configure, maintain, and administer testing tools or environments.
  • Develop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience
  • 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright
  • Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Salesforce data models, and SOQL
  • ISTQB, Copado Robotic Testing, or Salesforce certifications
