Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in ensuring deliverables meet accuracy and customer-centricity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Collaborate with operations and local quality functions to track, document, and report quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
  • Investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Analyze product quality to improve customer satisfaction, working closely with the production team.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure alignment with industry trends and proper documentation of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues and discuss mitigations with management.
  • Interpret and comply with company quality assurance standards, collecting quality data through records and tracking systems.
  • Document quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to senior management, driving continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domains or related fields.
  • Proficiency in reviewing non-English language content, including Asian languages and European languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance and knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation.
