Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest level of quality control throughout our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify and correct deviations from established standards and procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) aligned with industry certifications like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production processes that meet customer requirements and industry regulations
- Lead investigations into product defects or non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence
- Perform hands-on inspection of parts using manual tools, advanced equipment, and metrology software to ensure compliance with specifications
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, procedures, and regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), including development, implementation, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field; Master's degree preferred
