Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to conduct inspections and quality checks during various stages of construction and fabrication.
The successful candidate will ensure that materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and industry standards, implementing processes that drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
- Identify non-conformities and develop effective corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API) is crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to articulate complex information and drive project progress.
- Gulf experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
