Job Title: IAM Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Remote possibilities with EST shift

Experience: 4-6 years

Job Description:

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) quality assurance specialist will primarily work on the IAM continuous improvements initiative, focusing on stabilizing and enhancing the existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.

This role involves collaborating with the Continuous Integration (CI) Project team and other technical resources/teams to test and translate business/technical requirements for changes and deployments.

Main Responsibilities include designing and executing test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations, and recording accurate test results in a project management tool.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices, experience in using Identity and Access Management suites or other access provisioning tools, and familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases.

Key Skills Include:

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices

  • Knowledge on Java programming and SQL
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a QA role, 4+ years of experience working in IT Security related projects, access controls, Identity and Access Management, University Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
