Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to support end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs. This role is responsible for managing benefits operations, vendor and employee communications, processing invoices/payments, compliance reporting, and systems management (HRIS & vendor portals).

The ideal candidate will have experience in US/Canada benefits operations, strong HRIS expertise, and proven skills in compliance, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

This position is part of our dynamic and supportive team where your contributions make a meaningful impact on our success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end benefits operations with strong exposure to US and Canadian benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS & benefits platforms.
  • Knowledge of US benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) and Canadian provincial group benefits structures.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with vendors, employees, and internal People partners.
