Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Executive to join our Direct Sales team in Gurgaon. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a talented sales professional to leverage their expertise in technology solutions and drive business outcomes for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted strategies to capture them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • PARTNER with internal stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities
  • DRIVE business outcomes through strategic sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Expert knowledge of market trends impacting Dell Technologies customers
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills

Estimated Salary Range: ₹80-120 Lacs per annum
