About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on lead qualification and management.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads for sales opportunities from various sources
- Generate responses from MQLs and ensure consistent follow-ups through emails/calls
- First contact Touchpoint through calls
- Hunt high-quality focused leads for account-based marketing
- Follow up with lost potentials/SQLs to derive new opportunities
- Coordinate with the Solutions Team for regular alerts
- Maintain/ADD repository of sample reports, case studies, solution overview decks as a sales collateral
- Evaluate competitors and track their solutions offerings to design battle cards
- Present quarterly/weekly sales review meeting
- Maintain account/client trackers
- Maintain CRMs and share analytics fortnightly/monthly
Requirements
- 2-3 years of target-driven sales experience in the information industry (market research services, syndicated research reports, KPO)
- Must have inside sales experience in the US and/or EU markets
- Should have exceptional email writing skills
- Must be able to speak with and understand American English accent
- Should be good at general awareness and current market trends
