Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources leader to spearhead the transformation and embedding of our organisation's culture. As a champion of our company values, you will lead by example and inspire others to do the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide insightful reports on all aspects of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development, ensuring compliance with Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to devise effective employment policies that align with our business strategy.
  • Provide professional guidance, support, and development to HR staff, promoting knowledge sharing, best practice, and adherence to relevant professional standards.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation, including data protection, the Equality Act, and health and safety.
  • Drive the execution of the HR Strategy, overseeing core areas such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and HR systems management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on engagement and welfare activities, productivity maximisation, delegation of HR responsibilities to line managers, and leadership capability building.
  • Take a leading role in transforming and strengthening our organisational culture, ensuring our values and approach are consistently displayed.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equality, and inclusion plan that aligns with our company values, business strategy, and commitments.
  • Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop effective relationships, and encourage retention.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional ability to create people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen and experience using metrics to inform performance improvement initiatives.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for leading with integrity.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable manner.
  • A proactive and agile work ethic, with a curiosity-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing skilled teams and making swift yet rational decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and its application.
  • Thorough attention to detail, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and use initiative.
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to inspiring collaboration.
