Transformational Leader Sought for Digital Training RoleWe are looking for a forward-thinking Transformational Leader to spearhead our comprehensive, digitally driven Training and Development programs.This role requires a visionary who can thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape, driving digital transformation within the Training function.The successful candidate will oversee the design and delivery of Process Training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Digital Transformation:
  • Develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with our overarching business goals.
  • Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across the organization.
  • Program Design:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across the workforce.
  • Design and develop innovative, scalable digital learning content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models.
  • Technology Management & Innovation:
  • Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to meet organizational needs.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology to drive continuous innovation in the Training function.
  • Process Training:
  • Design an effective Training strategy and facilitate the planning and delivery of programs and strategies.
  • Attributes & Attitude:
  • Proven experience in developing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, change management skills, and analytical expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and 5+ years managing digital transformation for the Training function.
