The ideal candidate should be a visionary leader able to expand current activities and develop innovative projects in the Socio-Political-Economic arena. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Development
  • Closely monitoring international events and initiatives in the stated domain and reviewing their application, relevance, and adaptation to India.
  • Developing and executing training, public awakening, and research programs for policymakers through collaborative approach with all stakeholders.
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • Ensuring execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operating with management committee through consultive approach.
  • Providing overall strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities & its expansion projects.
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR & administration, Financials and other stakeholder relations through established team lead by CEO.

The role requires a professional qualification with Ph.D., 20-25 years of experience in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry. Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and commitment to ethical governance and public leadership—aligned with the ethos of 'New Leaders for a New India'. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically, and passion for creating positive impact in society.
