We are seeking an accomplished HR leader to spearhead various HR functions and drive business success.

  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Talent Management & Development
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees, from documentation to orientation, while providing exceptional support throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements.
  • Effectively manage asset allocation and oversee the integration of new joiners into the organization.
  • Policies & Processes
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies in alignment with the company's culture and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and standardize efficient HR processes to ensure scalability and growth.
  • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures to reflect changing business needs.
  • HR Systems & Reporting
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of HRMS to its full potential, fostering a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
  • Analyze HR reports for management, focusing on workforce data and engagement metrics.
  • Conduct report analysis and implement improvements to enhance data quality and insights.
  • Payroll & Compliance
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining statutory compliance with labor laws.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates, ensuring proactive risk management.
  • Performance & Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and support to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate increment meetings and drive HR Connect initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within HR, preferably with expertise in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, including HRMS, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
