Senior Human Resources Manager Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing and implementing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior HR roles and will possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of labor legislation.

">Responsibilities
  • HR Team Management: Set objectives for the HR team and track progress to ensure effective performance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including hosting in-house recruitment events and developing compensation and benefits plans.
  • Employee Relations: Foster healthy employee relations by discussing career development paths with managers and monitoring HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
  • Departmental Support: Review departmental budgets and organize learning and development programs to enhance HR staff capabilities.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role is essential.
  • HR Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), is required.
  • Labor Legislation: A solid understanding of labor legislation is necessary to maintain compliant HR procedures.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels are crucial.
