Job Overview

The role of HR Operations Manager is pivotal in driving transformation across the organization. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of scalable, efficient, and employee-centric services.

  • Service Delivery & Operations: Manage end-to-end operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Process Excellence & Standardization: Drive harmonization of processes, implement continuous improvement initiatives, champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence, collaborate with regional HR leaders and business stakeholders to align operational goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to generate insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience, deliver dashboards to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems, process automation, and service delivery models.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
