As a senior-level professional, this role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our data center operations. We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join our team and drive strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our local team to establish human resources and office administration strategies in India. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and business goals
  • Managing and monitoring HR & Admin strategies in accordance with group business objectives
  • Leading HR team members and fostering a positive organizational culture
  • Overseeing the recruitment strategy to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • Designing and implementing innovative talent acquisition processes to drive diversity and inclusion

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and manage a team of internal recruiters across APAC to support all hiring activities
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans, working closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to deliver timely recruitment solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a preference for Human Resources and/or evidence of exceptional ability for the role
  • 20+ years of solid experience in the Human Resources including TA, office administration functions, with 5 years at managerial level
  • Sound knowledge of India employment ordinance and other statutory requirements
