Job Title: Customer Experience Lead

The role of the Customer Experience Lead is to oversee and manage the customer experience for large customers. This involves end-to-end responsibility for customer experience and essential services, ensuring that all procedures are followed in compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning all customer issues and facilitating their timely and effective solution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders. They will also identify and attract prospective strategic customers, collect and analyze sales data and trends, and stay up-to-date with internal and external developments.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end shipment process, publishing regular insights reports to measure and track KPIs against benchmarks, and leading analytics presentations to business stakeholders. The Customer Experience Lead will also create customer performance dashboards and present RCA of performance metrics, per customer, that are failing for service intervention.
