Job Title

A product leader is needed to develop and launch exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This role is part of a team that delivers customer experiences across mobile and web for various users. The successful candidate will use best practices, machine learning techniques, and design thinking to drive this process at scale.

  • Lead product strategy and development of the Agent Platform charter.
  • Integrate business processes and policies onto the platform.
  • Collaborate with designers and guide their investments for research and prototyping.
  • Drive innovation and define deliverables planning for new Uber products and features.
  • Make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights.
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into product development.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to various audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of product experience delivering successful and innovative products or platforms.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Design thinking and customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products.
  • A driver personality who can balance clarity and collaboration.
  • High standards across the board.
  • Grittiness and initiative-taking ability.
  • Passion for Uber's mission and hybrid technology/operations nature.
