As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the APAC Diamond Services team, driving customer satisfaction and business growth by building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through defined practices and policies, facilitating and participating in customer conference calls and managing customer interactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, resolve technical issues promptly, and maintain high-quality service by leading your team.
  • Lead staff to meet target objectives through ongoing communications and metric reviews.
  • Formulate staffing requirements, employee development, training needs, coaching, and counseling to ensure direct reports have the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake job responsibilities and develop career paths.
Desired Background
  • Previous management experience in a technical role is preferred, specifically a trusted people leader with a proven track record in building and leading a high-performing technical support team.
  • 10+ years of relevant technical work experience, including 8+ years of experience working in a TAC environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as the ability to write business objective reports and customer presentations.
