Customer Experience Leader
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer-facing initiatives by leading cross-functional teams to deliver key projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and execute customer plans, aligning with internal stakeholders, while ensuring timely project milestones and deliverables.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with customers, providing trusted advice on business projects and operational issues.
- Lead internal teams in executing customer plans, including responsibilities of each team member, release schedules, program milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Platform programs in the broadband business unit, integrating multiple products to address key opportunities in the market.
- Work closely with customers to understand project requirements, identify, and implement successful business projects.
- Inform senior management and customers on project status, schedules, and key issues on a regular basis.
- Proven track record in leading customer-facing initiatives and delivering key projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to develop and execute customer plans, ensuring timely project milestones and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
