About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery I to join our team at BNY. As a key member of our Sourcing Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Ivalua modules and ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Ivalua modules, including sourcing, procurement, and supplier information management
  • Develop and implement end-to-end business processes, including estimating, planning, and delivering solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage data loads, perform data integrity checks, and configure workflows, alerts, and reports
  • Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve defects
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Ivalua experience in an onshore project role within industry or consulting
  • Ivalua Advanced Certification in S2C and P2P (L3)
  • Good understanding of sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier information management
  • At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations of Ivalua modules
  • Experience of the full lifecycle, including estimating, planning, and delivering a solution end-to-end
  • Experience in leading end-to-end implementation of Ivalua functional workstreams, from start to production delivery to hyper care support
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player
  • Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner
  • Understanding of Ivalua integration options and methodology with ERP systems/middlewares
  • Having knowledge on SQL Server to solve technical issues or perform advanced configurations
