Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and develop story-level requirements in JIRA.
  • Participate in agile/sprint activities, including planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, standups, and design.
  • Create and maintain story-level functional, non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
  • Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes.
  • Prepare and circulate release notes as part of operational readiness.

Requirements:

  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Project management using JIRA & Confluence.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Business analytics using Microsoft Power BI & Tableau.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business management or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience in project/product delivery (agile delivery preferred).
