Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance I to join our Mellon Investments Corporation (India) team in Pune, MH. This role is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare portfolio and benchmark reports, risk reports, and performance attribution reports.
  • Maintain performance databases.
  • Provide analysis and development of reports related to account activities, performance, and investment practices.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding investment products and portfolio risk management.
  • Process various client reports.
  • Maintain online tools and reporting platforms.
  • Train new and existing team members and ensure business documents are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with the LOB and ensure SLA and key deliverables are met.
  • Yearly appraisals for direct team members and work allocation/leave management.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Good negotiation, conflict management, and networking skills.
  • People management experience.
  • Knowledge of asset management business processes and data flows.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and understanding data requirements.
  • Ability to approach business teams with queries and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Autonomy and comfort in approaching business teams with queries.
