About the Role

The Process Lead / Assistant Manager - Supplier Enablement will drive the execution of daily business-as-usual activities and lead a team of resources involved in Supplier Onboarding, Risk Assessment, and Vendor Master Data Management.

The role requires an understanding of the overall procurement process and category considerations while applying common practices for quick turnaround.

The key focus is high-volume on-time processing with attention to auditability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding a team of resources for successful execution of daily BAUs.
  • Monitoring volumes, SLAs, and suggesting/implementing remedial actions on time if needed.
  • Being responsible and accountable for Global Supplier Onboarding and Due Diligence Investigation.
  • Creating Supplier Due Diligence Reports.
  • Ensuring continual update and compliance of all operational controls to ensure data accuracy and fraud prevention.
  • Managing all administrative and business queries on Master Data Admin (Onboarding Workflow/Creation/Modification) and Due Diligence related via the central mailbox and calls.
  • Providing end-user support and being the Subject Matter Expert for Supplier Onboarding process.
  • Running various data reports for business and stakeholders per requirements.
  • Managing and responding to end-user queries within the agreed SLAs.
  • Approving Employee & Supplier master data in ERP system.
  • Ensuring any changes in Supplier / Employee master data base are upheld by qualified verification documentation which is in line with ERF of FIL from risk control point of view.
  • Providing valuable support to team members on enquiry resolution/process visibility.
  • Conducting daily queue monitoring and being responsible for coordinating with relevant case owners to ensure the operations are running as expected with a high-level service quality and within SLA.
  • Maintaining Process Change & Update tracker and organising internal meetings periodically to review and ensure the changes would be conducted in consistency internally.
  • Maintaining process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Participating in projects and change initiatives around process/system enhancements.
  • Ad-hoc and other relevant works assigned by supervisor(s).

About You

We are looking for a skilled professional with:

  • 8+ years' experience in the domain of P2P, Supplier Master Data Administration, and Supplier Due Diligence.
  • Experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) / Oracle CFP technical support is an advantage.
  • An eye for details and the ability to go into the depth of issues where needed.
  • Exposure to working in a global environment with the ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and different cultures.
  • Flexibility and an open attitude to change.
  • Data Analysis, proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc are key-skills required for this role.
  • A problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong Collaborative Skills, Positive Can-Do Attitude, High Energy.
  • A high degree of integrity and teamwork.
  • Attention to details.
