Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in IBM Cognos TM1 and Agile frameworks to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for managing multiple financial processes, training team members and business partners, and taking the lead in E2E architecture, design, build, and implementation of new financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple financial processes spanning across multiple Business Units for Planning & Investment Management by leveraging IBM Cognos TM1 platform and capabilities
  • Independently handle customers and their expectations around multiple aspects including on-going support, enhancement, new solutions
  • Lead and Support BAU functions like Month-end maintenance, environment prep and rollout activities
  • Training & Troubleshooting for both team members and business partners
  • In capacity of an expert with proven credentials over a period of time, Take lead in E2E architecture, design, build and implementation of new financial processes / enrichment or customization of existing processes by offering optimum solutions leveraging IBM Cognos TM1 platform and capabilities
  • End to end designing, building and implementation of cross functional projects of strategic importance
Requirements
  • Graduate/Master with minimum 5+ Yrs of experience
  • Strong experience of Agile framework and associated toolset like Rally, Confluence, Gira etc.
  • Strong understanding and experience of Amex Investment Optimization functions and processes
  • Strong understanding of American Express business processes and financial systems
  • Exhibits ability to think short and long term to identify and manage processes and resources
  • Exhibits ability at problem solving and has an eye to identify opportunities
  • Strong People management skills including the ability to guide and motivate
  • Strong communication skills
