We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Process Lead, focusing on Business Integration.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a global team from Customer Fulfillment Network (CFN) for Business Integration, Strategic Projects, Process Change, and Policy/Procedure as well as Process Control and Audit Support.

This is a key strategic role within CFN Strategy & Integration (GBIT) team and requires extensive collaboration with CFN Senior leaders and other GSG teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed reporting, insights, and updates on projects and their impacts on CFN related to controls, audits, etc., during senior leadership meetings.
  • Act as an escalation point on key CFN projects, offering guidance on projects that impact multiple products.
  • Represent CFN on all business changes and initiatives that affect CFN functions, including but not limited to Consumer, Merchant, and Commercial products.
  • Support project and change management across multiple markets to ensure operational alignment and readiness for new product launches, product changes, and regulatory changes.
  • Review project-related and change management requests to ensure they meet CFN intake and servicing criteria.
  • Partner with Operations teams and stakeholders to analyze E2E Global CFN processes with an audit and controls mindset, ensuring compliance with US and Global AEMP and Regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Centralized Risk and Control Management Teams to refresh and update the annual PRSA process.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of Business Analysts to create and maintain a robust control environment that meets regulatory, procedural, and process governance requirements for CFN products/processes.
  • Closely work with several teams within and outside Global Services Group to deliver on the above requirements, necessitating close partnerships with Capabilities, Operations, other Integration teams, GCRO, CFN GBIT, and Business teams.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an exceptional track record of commitment to integrity and service.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Showcase demonstrated experience in Control & Compliance, Project management, and People Leadership.
  • Have 2 or more years of Process-related Experience, preferably leading projects/CFN Business Teams.
  • Possess experience in Controls, Compliance, Operational Excellence, and leading audits, preferably.
  • Show a strong understanding of CFN processes such as Consumer, Merchant, and Commercial.
  • Demonstrate strategic thought leadership, with the ability to work through unstructured problems and develop clear action plans.
  • Exhibit strong Communication skills, with demonstrated experience in presenting to multi-levels of leadership to represent the CFN Business in senior-level discussions and sensitive regulatory or audit overviews.
  • Display a strong work ethic, with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrating personal excellence, living the growth mindset, and Blue Box Values.
  • The applicant should not be on level 2 or above PIP at the time of applying. Shift Timings – 24*7 environment.
