Occupational Therapist Position

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: Noida Sector 104

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Pediatrics required

Qualification: Master of Occupational Therapy, Licensed

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Listening Ears.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed OT assessments, therapy planning, and regular progress updates.
  • Provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans.
  • Counsel and empower parents through active communication and support.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior therapists through feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and management.
  • Support organizational goals by participating in workshops, outreach, and awareness events.

Requirements:

  • Master of Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pediatrics.
  • Hands-on experience with ASD, GDD, CP, DS, SPD, and NDD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
